The reason we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car is because we don’t have to stop and think about it all the time. If you want to think about the three levels of self-awareness, you need to stop and think about it.

That’s why I think it can be so hard to understand why so many people don’t pay as much attention to their own thoughts and feelings. It’s not because they don’t pay enough attention to themselves. You can be so busy thinking about how you feel and what you have to think about that you forget how you feel. We are all self-aware, but only a very small percentage of us are aware of what we are feeling. This makes our lives chaotic. No matter what we do, we always have a little part of us that is thinking too much.
Sometimes the best way to tackle the chaos of our lives is to cut it off completely using one of the most effective techniques for this purpose: hypnotherapy.
The reason that I think we should get rid of all the self-awareness that is on the surface of our minds is because we are so obsessed with the mind that we don’t want to be around other people, or even do something that’s embarrassing to say to each other. If we weren’t obsessed with our mind, we wouldn’t be doing anything.
You see, we all have a certain amount of space on the inside of our skulls. When we sit in meditation, we are all “thinking” about the most trivial things. But we could also be “thinking” about things that everyone else is “thinking” about, and that’s really the problem. It’s impossible to not think about anything, so we get all wound up and distracted by the mind.
If you’re reading this, you probably are not the kind of person who’s obsessed with the idea of getting a new, stylish pair of shoes every other season. If you aren’t obsessed with it, then you probably don’t care. But you should. Because who knows when your favorite pair of shoes might be ready for the next season? We all remember the shoes that we wore to the most important events of our lives.
