A good way to remember what is in the water and the quantity of what you are drinking is by measuring it in grams. If you are not sure how to measure, then don’t worry about it. It’s really not that hard. I know you might be confused, but I think it’s important to do it anyway because this will make it easier to remember the size of the stuff you are drinking.
That being said, I found myself a bit confused when I first drank the 1-gram bottle of water that was part of a pack of 80-gram packs. I thought it was about a liter. Now I know. The 80 g packets of water that I am drinking are actually about 120 ml of water in a gram pack which is about what a can of soda is. This is just an easy way to remember the size of the stuff you are drinking.
