My squat height is 3.65 meters (i.e., around 6’11” — so far we’re 3.65 feet). This is fine by me, because I’ve been squatting this way since I was a kid. I think its actually a great exercise for anyone that can get their legs moving but can be difficult to maintain for a long period of time. I did my first one recently at the gym. I was a little concerned about not being able to maintain a squat for too long, but after a few attempts, I was able to hold a squat for six minutes. I was also able to do other exercises like the one below without dropping to my knees.
