They manage the paperwork to get you a federal tax deduction. They manage the monthly payments on your mortgage. They handle the monthly maintenance and upkeep of your house. They often work long hours, and the longer you do the better. They have to be great for you.
If a real estate agent has a real estate website, she probably has a newsletter, a blog, a Facebook page, or a Twitter feed. These are the tools that allow her to communicate with the clients. If she doesn’t have any of these tools, she probably isn’t going to be selling houses, and her clients are probably going to be more concerned with the real estate agent’s website and Facebook page.
