Bouchons started coming to America in 2008 when Roy Choi introduced them at his restaurant A-Frame. It was so successful that he opened up two more franchised locations with other partners in 2010. The third partner took over all of those while Choi focused on opening Kogi BBQ truck which went onto becoming one of LA’s most popular food trucks today! Since then there have been five more openings across California including locations in San Jose, Pasadena, and Santa Ana. And now having conquered Cali they’re ready to take their unique style of fried chicken to the world with their first international location in Dubai.
Bouchon menu is made up of soybean oil and garlic which are mixed together before being cooked at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until they’re golden brown.
