The idea behind cognitive health is quite simple. We all think, or have the thought of thinking, that we are smart. To be smart, we must have a certain amount of intelligence. This is true for both children and adults. So getting smart is important, but getting smart is often a challenge. Getting smart is often a struggle, but getting smart is not always a good thing.
