I’m not really sure if I’m having a better or a worse night. I was asleep on the couch yesterday so I woke up this morning to some amazing breakfast and ended up feeling like I had been hit by a truck. It was amazing.

The great news is that you can always take advantage of your sleep and wake up refreshed and ready to hit the ground floor. Because we’re talking about the best kind of self-awareness here, the kind of self-awareness that helps you know when you’re on autopilot and can actually say “Okay, I’m on autopilot, I’m just going with the flow.

This is actually an area that many people struggle with, because if you forget your habits and routines, then you have to start over. It’s easier to just go along with autopilot, but if you forget the flow and the routine of your day, then you are more open to challenge.

The first time I was on my own in a car, I had to learn a new rhythm. Most people never do, but at least for me, the car was the most familiar thing to do. Even before I started driving, I learned to put my foot on the brake while doing all the other things. Not that I was ever driving, but it was part of my learning.

The main thing about getting on autopilot is to be aware of your surroundings. If you look at your surroundings, you see a lot of objects in the sky. You might see objects like rocks and flowers and people in sunglasses. If you have a car, you are thinking about where you’re going to be on the ground. If you just focus on your surroundings, you may be in the middle of a fight. This is where the other part of autopilot can help you.
