This is a full form. This is the full form of your thoughts, beliefs, and actions. Our full form is a much more accurate representation of who we are at any given moment than our unconscious mind can ever be. This is why we tend to be so in tune with ourselves, because we are always working to improve both outward and inward.
For example, if you are a person with a lot of weight to lose, you will likely want to start losing weight. There is nothing wrong with being aware of your full forms, and it’s great that you are, but you have to be conscious of them.

The reason I like to go to the gym is because the gym’s a great place to learn, study, and practice. The gym is a great place to practice and study, but you have to be conscious of it.
