I like the word “nud” because it puts me in mind of something which is a good thing by nature. I don’t think it’s a bad thing to have a nap, but if you can’t get up in the morning, I think it is a good thing to get a decent nap.
In some ways a good day is one where you don’t have to think about all the things in your life. You have an empty bed, the best day possible is out there, the sun is shining, and you have a nice, relaxing time with your favorite person. These are all good things to have, but when you have them in abundance you don’t have to think about them, you just know that you have them.
We’re not talking about a nap here just being a day where you can fall asleep, but a day where you don’t have to think about all the things in your life, when you can just be.
