The word prabha, can be used loosely to describe what is happening in our mind and body. There is a large body of literature that describes this phenomenon. Many people find this a good thing. To be honest I find this a bad thing too. It doesn’t mean, that it doesn’t have a place in our lives. But let’s be clear. No, this isn’t something that should be treated with special pride.

Prabha means “breath.” By some definitions this means that you are in a physical state of hyper-awareness. The breath being the most basic part of our body. A state of focus and attention. This is important because it means that you have a physical awareness of something. In this state of focus and attention, we can see and feel things. In this state of awareness, we can feel what we feel, and it feels real.

It also means that you can see and feel things that you can’t otherwise see or feel. So we can see and feel things that are hidden away, as if they were just out of reach. This is something that we all can do, but most people, myself included, take it for granted.

I’m not sure if this one’s even new, but in a lot of my classes it’s been drilled into us, but even if you don’t know what prabha yesudas is, you most definitely know what it does. The reason prabha yesudas is so powerful is because it’s a state of awareness that allows us to see, feel, and sense what’s happening in the world around us.

Prabha yesudas is something we all can do, but its not something that we all do. Its a state of awareness, a state of being that allows us to see, feel and sense whats happening in the world around us. It’s something we all can do and something we can all look forward to, but we mostly do nothing about it. When we are in prabha yesudas we are in a state of awareness of what is going on in our lives.

The state of awareness is where we do not stop when we start to talk about it. Prabha yesudas is really a state of awareness that allows us to see, feel, and sense whats going on in the world around us.
