Rudy’s Country Store and Bar-B-Q were established in 1989 by Brad Rodgers, Ronnie Trigg, Stephen Feilen as an expansion from their convenience store business which they called Rudco Enterprises Incorporated. Originally named “The Rudys” at its inception, the company changed its name to Rudy’s Country Store and Bar-B-Q in order to reflect its new diversification into full-service restaurants.
