I don’t know if it’s possible to lose weight while eating a diet that contains vegetables. Some people have lost weight eating this way, but I don’t think anyone has lost as much in a short period of time as the people who have done this. It’s just that people who eat this way are very disciplined in what they eat. A more traditional diet, like the Atkins Diet, would have a much more limited calorie and fat intake.
