This is a form I created on the Stdr.stdr website. I’ve been using it to document my work, ideas, and thoughts.

Ive been using it to document my work, ideas, and thoughts. For my recent work project I created a form to capture all the comments and suggestions I have gathered while working on the design of my new book. Ive even made a few of my own.

It is very useful for that, but its also incredibly distracting. Ive been making some new book revisions, and the comments I’ve received are too much to keep track of and organize. This form is my effort to track everything in one place.
