This is how it works for us. It is not uncommon for a person to start working in their homes at around 6 AM to 7 AM. They will work until they get some sleep but then they are back to work. They are back at work when they wake up. They are back at work again when they go to bed. They are back at work when they finally get up for their morning breakfast. They are back at work when they get home.
There is a tendency for these people to start work when they are tired. They are tired because they have been working all day, not because they have been going to sleep for days. It is also possible that they have been working all day, having gotten no sleep at night, and then going to sleep again when they get home. They may have worked all day, getting no sleep at night, but their energy is spent.
One of the things we learned from our study of 3.5 million pages was that we found that long hours (more than 8 hours or more than 12 hours) are associated with increased fatigue. Our study also found significant positive correlations between sleep duration and fatigue.
A few days ago we said that we were just going to go the distance, but we are not. We were going to stay at a remote place in a remote location.
