The more we worry about something the more we panic. Anxiety is when you feel scared of something. It doesn’t matter how many other things are frightening to you and how much you are worried about all of them, the more you get stressed out. Stress and anxiety can be related, but don’t confuse them as one of the same things.If you are anxious about something, it does not mean you are not going to enjoy it.

To me, anxiety is a reaction we have to something that terrifies us. Like, for example, I get anxiety about my boss finding out that I have been talking to a prostitute. Or I get anxiety about someone walking up to me in a dark alley and telling me that I am a murderer. And I get anxiety about all the friends I have who have died. Or I get anxiety about my kids talking about me in their letters.
