I have two of these. 1. The fact that they don’t know what they want to do, or they don’t know what they want to do, or they just plain don’t know, and 2. They don’t know what to even start.
The first reason is the main reason we change companies. When you’re at your best, you understand your purpose perfectly. You’re not wasting time wondering why you should quit your job, you just know that it’s the right thing to do, and you know what you want to do. But the other reason has to do with the other people around you, especially your customers.
So when youre changing companies, you start changing it to fit your needs. When your customer base is changing, you change to fit the changing needs. In our case, we are always looking to upgrade our customer base and we know that this can sometimes mean changing company. The problem we had was that when we started out, we did not want to change things to suit our needs, we wanted to change things because we liked them.
